🎵 Rhyme Time — Literacy world for ages 3–6

Rhyme Time is one of LittleLearn’s 24 learning worlds for kindergarten children aged 3–6, in the Literacy track. Rhyme and rhythm: match words that rhyme, complete rhyming couplets, and clap syllables. Rhyme awareness is the strongest early predictor of reading success.

What children practise in Rhyme Time

A typical Rhyme Time activity: “At, cat, hat — which one rhymes with bat?” — tap hat, hear the whole rhyme family chime.

Rhyme Time — quick answers

What age is Rhyme Time for?

Rhyme Time supports all three LittleLearn age tiers — 3–4, 4–5 and 5–6 — and adapts automatically: three correct answers in a row raise the difficulty a notch, while repeated misses ease it down and bring the activity back for review one to two days later.

What skills does Rhyme Time build?

Rhyme Time builds rhyme detection, syllable clapping, phonological awareness. Like every LittleLearn world it belongs to the Literacy track, and progress shows to children only as stickers and leaves — never as numeric scores.

Does Rhyme Time work offline?

Yes. Rhyme Time ships inside the offline-first LittleLearn app: all of its roughly 290 generated activities, Leo’s narration and matching printables run with no internet on both the web app and the Android build.
